Create or Claim Offers

You can create a new offer or claim an offer that is created through Offers Management. An offer that is created or claimed in a loyalty program is associated only with that program and is not available for other services such as Campaign Manager.

Create a new offer

1. On the loyalty configuration page, go to the Offers tab.
2. Click Create Offer.
3. See Create Offer of the Offers Management System (OMS) to know how to create an offer.

Claim an offer created through OMS, follow these steps.

1. On the loyalty configuration page, go to the Offers tab
2. Click Claim Offer.
3. You will see the list of offers that you can claim. Check the required offers that you want to select.
4. Click Claim.

• An offer once claimed by a module is not available for any other modules.
