Add Ticket

Lets you to create a new ticket for a customer.

reported_fromenumSource from which the ticket is created. Values: EMAIL, INTOUCH, CALLCENTER, CLIENT, MICROSITE, SOCIAL.
typeenumType of the ticket. Value: STORE, Customer.
