Enabling & Managing Access to Neo

Enabling Neo Extension

By default, the Neo extension is not enabled for your organization. To enable it, submit a request to the Capillary Product Support Team.

Neo Extension Access & User Roles

To use the Neo extension, you need specific permissions. Submit a request to the Capillary CDP UI team to get access.

Neo access is available in three user roles:

  • Neo Viewer – Can view rule listings, rule version listings, and the data flow canvas. Supports only GET requests.
  • Neo Editor – Has all the capabilities of a Neo Viewer and can perform certain non-critical POST actions, such as saving a data flow.
  • Neo Admin – Has full control, including all Neo Editor permissions, along with the ability to approve or reject data flows, rename and tag data flows, and make a data flow version live.
