Goodwill coupons

Issue Goodwill coupon

To issue a coupon to a customer, perform the following:

  1. On the Member Care homepage, search for the customer you want to issue a coupon.
  1. Select the ellipsis menu on the Customer Single View (CSV) page, select Goodwill request, and then from the dropdown, select Coupons.
  1. From the Select coupon dropdown, choose any coupon of your choice.
  1. From the Reason dropdown, select the reason for issuing goodwill coupons.
    Note: The reasons available in this dropdown are configured in the org's Goodwill Adjustment Settings. To add or manage reasons, refer to Goodwill Coupons Adjustment Settings.
  1. In the Comments section, enter a note for issuing the goodwill coupon.
  1. Select Send request.

A coupon is issued to the customer.

Issue Goodwill points

Note:

By default, auto approve is enabled for points issual.

To successfully credit goodwill points, you must ensure that the Points Adjustment Settings toggle is ON and a Default Till is configured. If either setting is missing, the system will approve the request but will not credit points to the customer.

To issue goodwill points to a customer, perform the following:

  1. On the Member Care homepage, search for the customer you want to issue points.
  1. Select the ellipsis menu on the Customer Single View (CSV) page, select Goodwill request, and then from the dropdown, select Points.
  1. Enter the points you want to add in the Points to be added field.
  1. From the Program dropdown, choose the appropriate program.
  1. From the Reason dropdown, select the reason for issuing goodwill points.
    Note: The reasons available in this dropdown are configured in the org's Goodwill Adjustment Settings. To add or manage reasons, refer to Goodwill Points Adjustment Settings.
  1. In the Comments section, enter a note for issuing the goodwill coupon.
  1. Click Save.

Points have been issued to the customer.
