Project Guardians
CDPs & Loyalty platforms today aren’t always equipped to handle customer privacy, security. Biased machine learning systems and non-compliant tools can cause critical compliance issues. This year, we will be taking these challenges head on. Project Guardians will ensure bias management in the product for customers and for brand resource dedication, to enable compliance with all local regulations.
Safety & privacy will be key facets of the project ensuring we can stay true to being yours and your customers’ Data Guardians.
