Accessing Engage
The access to Engage+ for the users is managed by the Capillary Access team and access is provided based on the user's role.
For example, if a user is assigned with Engage+ Authorize standard permission set, he will have the following access:

Gated features in Engage+
Engage+ includes a set of features that are not enabled by default. These are called gated features. To use a gated feature, contact your Customer Success Manager to get it enabled for your organization.
