Accessing Engage

The access to Engage+ for the users is managed by the Capillary Access team and access is provided based on the user's role.

For example, if a user is assigned with Engage+ Authorize standard permission set, he will have the following access:

Role-based access

We can provide access to org users based on their access to each of the following actions or components.

• Create Campaign.
  • Set campaign name and duration.
  • Add a message - this includes the audience, incentives, message content.
  • Schedule message .
• Get the message approved.
• View campaign reports post execution

By default, a user is provided with all the permissions. To revoke access, raise a Jira ticket.
