Explore Intouch Navigation
The Capillary Platform brings all products into a single interface with one shared navigation panel. You can use the navigation panel on the left to access the modules. Navigate to a module to open it and access its features.
The navigation panel provides access to the following modules:
Home
The Home page provides an overview of activity across your organization and quick access to key resources.
The following table describes the areas available in the Home module:
| Area | What it shows |
|---|---|
| aiRA | An AI assistant is available on the Homepage. You can type a question or select a suggested prompt, such as Pick a starting point, Program Health, or Trend Analysis, to get started. |
| Recent sessions | Quick access to your recent aiRA sessions. Select View all to view your complete session history. |
| Currently active | A live count of active items across key modules, including Promotions, Programs, Journeys, Campaigns, Coupon series, and Badges. |
| Resource Column | Links to New releases, Documentation, Capillary Academy, Blog, and the Capillary Technologies website. |

aiRA
aiRA is Capillary's built-in AI assistant. Use it to ask questions about your programs, campaigns, and customer data, get quick answers, and run analysis without switching between modules. What aiRA can help with depends on your role and access within your organization. Select aiRA in the navigation rail to expand it and access the following:
| Sub-section | What you can do |
|---|---|
| New chat | Start a new aiRA conversation. Enter a question, or choose a suggested prompt: Pick a starting point, Program health, or Trend analysis. |
| Sessions | View and search your past aiRA conversations. Pin the ones you use often for quick access. |
| Apps | View and manage the dashboards and reports generated from your chats |
| Settings | Configure aiRA for your organization: manage the context information aiRA uses to give more relevant answers, allowlist URLs, monitor usage, and manage billing and credits. |

Loyalty
Loyalty is where you set up how you reward customers for doing business with you. Use it to enroll customers into a program that rewards them over time, and to run promotions that add short-term incentives along with that program.
The table below breaks down what each subsection is and what you can use it for:
| Sub section | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Programs | Create and manage ongoing loyalty programs. Set up how customers earn rewards, configure points expiry, and manage tiers and other program-specific settings. |
| Promotions | Create and manage time-bound loyalty promotions along with reward specific customer actions with bonus points, coupons, milestones, or streaks, and configure promotion-specific settings. Note: If your organization was created before January 2026, you will be on the old Promotions UI by default. To navigate to the new Promotions UI, select Go to new promotions (v3) in the top-right corner of the promotions listing page. |
Note: You can access Milestones and Streaks through Organization Settings or directly using the following URLs:

Engage
Engage is where you reach out to customers with campaigns and automated journeys. Use campaigns to send one-time or scheduled marketing messages across engagement channels. You can use journeys to automatically guide customers through a personalized flow based on specific events, like sending a reminder when they abandon a cart, or a reward after they make a purchase.
The table below breaks down what each subsection is and what you can use it for:
| Sub section | What you can use it for |
|---|---|
| Campaigns | Create, schedule, and send customer communication campaigns. You can also attach cart promotions or gift vouchers to your campaigns and configure campaign-specific options, such as link tracking, tag formatting, and communication limits, from Settings. |
| Journeys | You can set up automated customer journeys that move customers down different paths based on specific events. You can also choose how many times a customer can enter the same journey. You can also set an exit condition, so customers stop getting messages once they've done what you wanted them to do. |

Rewards
Rewards lets you issue incentives to customers, such as coupons, badges based on customer achievements, and a catalog of items customers can redeem with their points or cash.
The table below breaks down what each subsection is and what you can use it for:
| Sub section | What you can use it for |
|---|---|
| Coupons | Create and manage coupon offers that customers apply at checkout, online or in-store, to get a discount on specific products, categories, or order values. |
| Badges | Create and manage badges that customers can earn through specific actions, or achievements |
| Rewards Catalog | Manage rewards catalog, which lets customers purchase rewards such as vouchers, gift cards using points or cash. |
All reward-specific configurations are available from each module's Settings.

Audiences
Create and manage audience groups that determine who receives your campaigns and journeys. Audiences you create here can be reused across campaigns, journeys, promotions, rewards, and more.

Channels
Configure the engagement channels you want to use to reach your customers. You can then create templates for each channel and reuse them across your campaigns and journeys.
The table below breaks down what each subsection is and what you can use it for:
| Sub section | What you can use it for |
|---|---|
| Creatives | Create and manage templates for specific engagement channels, and reuse them across your campaigns and journeys. |

The table below breaks down what each subsection is and what you can use it for:
| Sub section | What you can use it for |
|---|---|
| Member Search | Search for customer profiles and view customer information. You can configure Member Care extensions and related preferences from the member search Settings. |
| Requests | Manage customer service requests. Each request type appears as a separate tab, with status filters available within each tab. Configure request workflow mappings from the member request Settings. |
Note: If your organization uses custom applications within Member Care, or Member Care itself is deployed as a custom application, it may temporarily open in a separate browser tab until the UI library is upgraded. To have these applications rendered within the same app with the new navigation, contact your Capillary point of contact (POC).

Settings
Manage organization-wide preferences and administrative configurations. Unlike module-specific settings, these configurations apply across the entire organization.

Your Profile menu
Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner to access:
- Your profile preferences – View and update your profile details and preferences, such as your name, language, preferred organization, and preferred module.
- Manage Users – Add, edit, and manage user accounts and role assignments. Only admins and organization owners can access this.
- Documentation – Access Capillary product documentation.
- Capillary Academy – Access training and learning resources.

Switching between UI versions
Some modules are available in both the new and classic interfaces. These modules open in the new interface by default.
If you need the classic interface, use the switch button in the module header. The classic interface opens in a new browser tab, allowing you to continue working in the new interface without losing your place.
Modules that currently support both interfaces include:
- Loyalty Promotions
- Campaigns
- Member Care
- Dataflows (formerly Connect+)
- Imports
Roles and Permissions
Your existing roles and permissions remain unchanged.
The navigation does not change who can access what; this is still governed by your org's role-based access control (RBAC) configuration under User management.
All sections and modules are visible in the navigation rail. If you do not have access to a specific section or module, a No access message is displayed when you try to open it. Contact your org administrator, or go to Manage users from the profile menu to review role assignments.
