Sources for Rewards+

Rewards+ supports multiple sources for adding rewards

1. Content Management System (CMS)

The CMS is a Content Management System designed for creating and managing exclusive offers within the Rewards+ program. It serves two primary functions:

It enables the Rewards+ Product Support team to self-source and configure external offers,
and also allows partner brands (clients) to use and manage their own offers.

CMS supports various offer types, such as coupons, cashback deals, event tickets, gamified offers and articles. New offers can be created by configuring provider/merchant details, offer title, metadata, images, categories, terms & conditions, and CTA buttons. Offers can be sourced either directly by brands themselves or through vendor partnerships. For example, a retail partner ABC can use the CMS to create their store-specific offer such as "25% off summer collections," which would then appear exclusively in their Rewards+ app.

2. Affiliate integration

Rewards+ allows integration with regional affiliate marketers who provide thousands of bulk offers, including coupons, cash backs, and articles. These third-party affiliates maintain large catalogs that Rewards+ automatically pulls in and then filters based on specific needs, such as excluding competitor offers or prioritizing exclusive deals. This integration allows Rewards+ to source and manage diverse bulk promotions efficiently.

3. Rewards catalogs (formerly called Marvel rewards)

Rewards Catalog (Marvel rewards) is Capillary’s reward management system, designed to complement loyalty programs by enabling brands to create their own custom rewards marketplace UI. You can use Rewards Catalogs to create custom rewards and offer them through Rewards+. For more information on Rewards Catalog, refer to Rewards Catalog documentation.

4. Event catalog

Rewards+ has partnership with event providers to offer tickets for concerts, sports events, live shows and other such events. Rewards+ sources these tickets directly from providers and makes them available to users at discounted prices, while also offering cash back rewards on purchases. By working with multiple vendors, the platform can offer event tickets according to different markets and client demands while maintaining a consistent user experience.

5. Cinema catalog

This is similar to the Event Catalog and offers movie theatre tickets. Like event tickets, users can purchase these at discounted prices with potential cashback rewards. The catalog also includes e-vouchers - digital coupons that can be redeemed for movie tickets either online or at participating theatre.
