You can monitor and operationalize your loyalty promotions beyond creation by leveraging reporting and event-driven integrations. Use reporting capabilities in Insights+ and Databricks to analyse promotion performance, track member participation, and measure reward distribution. You can also configure event notifications to receive real-time webhook messages when loyalty promotions are created or updated.
