Enrolling and Issuing Badges from Campaigns

Enrol customers in a badge

Use cases:

  1. VIP Badge: Enrol high-value customers or top spenders, providing a sense of exclusivity and recognition. Criteria: Customer lifetime purchase value. Once this audience is enrolled in a badge, and they do the issual activity for the badge, these customers will get the badge.
  2. Loyalty Anniversary Badge: Enrol the customers who have been active members of the loyalty program for a certain number of years. Criteria: Membership anniversary duration (e.g., 1 year, 5 years). Once this audience is enrolled in a badge, and they do the issual activity for the badge, these customers will get the badge.

How to enrol customers in a badge?

To enrol your customers in a Badge using a Campaign, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Campaigns > New Campaign> Create a message.
  1. Navigate to the Creatives+Incentives section and click on Add Incentives > Enrol Badge.
  1. From the LIVE and UPCOMING badges list, select the Badge in which you want to enrol the audience. Make sure you are selecting only ACTIVE badges and the badge end date doesn't end before the campaign duration.
  1. If you have selected any Badge as an Incentive, you need to add at least one tag related to the Badge such as the Badge expiry date OR days until expiry. To add the label, navigate to Add creatives > Select the creative > Add Label > Badges.

Issue badge to customers

Use cases:

  1. VIP Badge: Issue the badge to high-value customers or top spenders, providing a sense of exclusivity and recognition.
  2. A brand organized an offline event at their store and now wants to issue the badge to the specific customers who attended the event. The brand has this list in a file which they can upload via campaigns, and can issue the badge directly to the customers.

How to issue badge to customers?

To issue badges to your customers using a Campaign, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Campaigns > New Campaign> Create a message.
  1. Navigate to the Creatives+Incentives section and click on Add Incentives > Issue Badge.
  1. From the LIVE and UPCOMING badges list, select the Badge that you want to issue to the audience. Make sure you are selecting only ACTIVE badges and the badge end date doesn't end before the campaign duration.
