View Communication details
The Communication tab on the Customer Single View page shows the communication summary of every communication channel for your customer.

SMS
The SMS tab shows the details of all the messages sent via this channel.
You can click on any message to view more details like Message ID, Delivered Time, and Message Subject. By default, OTPs are not masked on member care. You can raise a ticket and enable OTP masking. See the documentation on configuration for more details.


Email
The Email tab shows you the details of all the emails sent.
You can click on any message to view details like Message ID, Delivered Time, and Message Subject.

Push
The Push tab shows you the details of all the push notifications sent.
You can click on any message to view details like Message ID, Delivered Time, and Message Subject.

WeChat
The WeChat tab shows you the details of all the WeChat messages sent.
You can click on any message to view details like Message ID, Delivered Time, and Message Subject.

To search for a message, you can click on the search icon and search using the Message ID.
